Scrambled eggs
Eggs are good for our health, right? So let’s take this healthy ingredient and make something easy and quick. Put a pan on the heat and splash some butter or oil. Break in an egg or two and let it cook for a minute. Throw in some salt and pepper. If you want to spice the dish up a bit and if you feel like chopping a few things, some onion, tomatoes and veggies will be a good addition. Mix everything up and have it hot, maybe with some toasted bread.
