Have an early and healthy dinner
If you are habituated to having dinner late at night, it is time for a change. Limit your food intake to 10 hours a day and have your dinner maximum by 8 pm. In case you are feeling hungry afterwards, go for healthier options like nuts, yoghurts and oatmeals. The same goes for midnight cravings. The key is to not consume anything at night that can cause bloating. If you are addicted to having alcohol late at night, eliminate that too. Since alcohol is a depressant, it can creep into your night routine and can make you addicted to it. Instead, you can make a habit of eating healthy meals early at night to see a positive difference in your health and sleeping pattern!
