Let’s Make It Count - when it matters the most! Do contribute to the PM CARES Fund.

We are all, together, going through unprecedented times right now in this fight against COVID-19. As we do our utmost following social distancing norms and other measures to help flatten the curve, we realise some are affected more adversely than us.

We strongly appreciate all the efforts taken by our healthcare and disaster management teams that are on the frontlines working selflessly. It is inspiring to see Mathematicians, biologists, clinicians, IT industry personnel come together intelligently with health professionals and others, taking on leadership. These are our true heroes and soldiers, who are giving it their all - to salvage many lives and bring relief in these moments of uncertainty. We will never be able to give back to them in equal measure for their noble services rendered to our nation at large.

Recently, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced the creation of the Prime Minister’s Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situations (PM CARES) Fund seeking contribution for relief efforts - against the outbreak. This fund will also help strengthen disaster management capacities and will be used for research on protecting citizens.

How can we make a difference?

We, at InterMiles, want to reach out and make every effort to be a conduit and help channelise contributions to support this initiative. We, therefore, invite you our dear members, to contribute towards the PM CARES Fund. Every small contribution counts towards fighting this pandemic.

All contributions made through InterMiles will be transferred to the Fund and will be exempted from income tax under section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Subsequent to your thoughtful donation, you will receive your 80G certificate within 30 days.
