Keep your regular working hours routine
Just because you are home that doesn’t mean it’s okay to break routines no matter how tempting to give yourself total flexibility as to when you get started, take breaks, and call it a day. It’s important to remain consistent and disciplined. Keep the set work hours as you would if you were in office. This is the most important tip to work from home. Inform about your availability or work hours to your boss and team members. Design a work schedule and plan meetings in advance. Try to accommodate as much as you can but don’t cross your schedule and sit late nights in front of the laptop. If you don’t systematically manage work you will definitely be overwhelmed and eventually burn out.
