No Miles will expire till 31st July, 2020

We understand that current circumstances are extraordinary, and you would have had limited opportunities to take full advantage of the InterMiles programme, be it accruing or redeeming Miles across our extensive partner network.

We want you to keep making use of your InterMiles in the future, and have relaxed our mileage expiry policy so you have opportunities to use them again soon!

From now until 31st July'20 we are suspending the expiry of Miles.

If you have Miles expiring soon, we are sure this measure will provide you with more time to use your Miles in the coming days. So, relax on this front- you have more time to make the most of your miles!

We have put together answers to some questions that could most likely cross your minds:

Till when is the mileage expiry rule suspended?

Mileage expiry is suspended for all members from March 2020 to June 2020. This is applicable for all members whose miles are expiring in months of March 2020, April 2020, May 2020 & June 2020. You will get an extension till July 2020. You don’t need to register or call the contact centre, we will automatically extend the validity of your InterMiles.

How do I know if my miles are due for expiry in March 2020, April 2020, May 2020 or June 2020?

If there has not been an eligible activity in the past 18 months from the month of miles expiry, then your miles will be due for expiry.

How do I save my miles from expiring in July 2020?

To avoid their miles from getting expired, members need to have an eligible activity in the months of March 2020 to July 2020.
