Take adequate sleep
Told you! It is going to be very easy! Getting a good night’s sleep is actually one of the best ways to boost your immune system. Many of us may not realise sleep and immunity walk hand in hand. But various studies say, poor quality of sleep results in higher susceptibility to illnesses. In simple terms, less sleep means poor health! It is always advisable for adults to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep for a strong immune system. Those in their teenage years need 8-10 hours and younger children around 14 hours of sleep.
