There are supplements that you can choose to take or you can simply down some good yogurt during your trip. You will be able to get hold of fresh yogurt or you can take the packaged ones too but just be certain of consuming them every day. Ensure to carry the COVID-19 kit which includes a face mask, a sanitizer, gloves if necessary and wet wipes too. There are many travel safe disinfectant sprays that have been introduced. You can always get one for yourself and carry it around. Spray the surface that you'll be coming in contact with and wipe it with a wet wipe. The idea is to keep your surrounding safe.
