Due to temporary suspension of Jet Airways flight operations, this service is currently unavailable.

Earned InterMiles are credited to your account automatically provided that you have stated your 9 digit InterMiles number when transacting (i.e. at the time of reservation or check-in etc.) with our programme partners.

If you ever find yourself in a situation where InterMiles have not been credited to your account, simply follow the instructions below and claim the InterMiles you are missing.

Claim InterMiles for past travel on Jet Airways or other airline partners

To claim InterMiles for flights on Jet Airways, fill up the online claim form. Please allow up to 6 days from your date of travel, for the InterMiles earned on Jet Airways to be credited to your account.

To claim InterMiles for flights taken with our airline partners, please contact the InterMiles Service Centre (either through a call or email us on memberservices@intermiles.com) with relevant proof of activity i.e. original or clear photo copy of your Ticket and Boarding Pass. Please allow 6-8 weeks from your date of travel, for the InterMiles earned on airline partner travel to be credited to your account.

Note:

  • You can claim InterMiles for flights taken on Jet Airways in the last 180 days from current date. With other airline partners, InterMiles can be claimed for flights taken in the last 180 days from current date and not preceding the date of enrolment.
  • Claiming InterMiles will not be possible if the guest's name on the flight ticket differs from that on the membership card
  • Claiming InterMiles online is possible if the check-in system at the departure city is automated. Please contact the InterMiles Service Centre in order to claim InterMiles for manual stations.

Claim InterMiles for past travel on our non-airline partners

To claim InterMiles for activities done with our non-airline partners, please contact the InterMiles Service Centre (either through a call or email) with relevant proof of activity i.e. original or clear photo copy of your Invoice.

Note:

  • InterMiles earned through activities with our non-airline partners may take 6-8 weeks to reflect in the account
  • With our non-airline partners, InterMiles can be claimed for activities done in the last 180 days from current date and not preceding the date of enrolment
