The flight bookings on the websites www.intermiles.com, flights.intermiles.com and corresponding mobile websites are powered by Easemytrip ("Easemytrip") and are brought to you by Jet Privilege Private Limited.
Intermiles members will earn Intermiles on all successful bookings. Intermiles will be credited only for air bookings which are not cancelled before travel and where the member has provided their Intermiles number at the time of the booking.
Intermiles will be credited to the Intermiles number provided during booking and not in the individual passenger’s Intermiles account. No change in the Intermiles account number will be accepted post booking.
Applicable Intermiles for ancillaries purchased will be credited post travel date. No Intermiles will be credited for a seat, meal or any other ancillary purchased on any other platform.
Intermiles for successful bookings and ancillaries purchased shall reflect in the member’s account under ‘Pending Activities’ till 12 hours after the departure date. Upon completion of the travel, these Intermiles will be credited to the account.
To claim miles, non-members will have to enroll into the Intermiles program by using the “Enroll Now” and “Claim your Intermiles” link shared on the booking confirmation page and the Confirmation E-mailer. Enrollment has to be completed using these links only to successfully claim the Intermiles.
Non-members can claim their base/bonus miles for the booking by enrolling into the program within 180 days from their first booking on the platform. Post 180 days, in case enrollment is incomplete, no claim for miles will be entertained.
Earning Airline Frequent Flier Miles / Points:
Members can choose to provide their airline Frequent Flier number at the time of booking. In such cases, members will be eligible to earn the airline’s Frequent Flier miles as per the chosen airline’s terms and conditions.
No claims for Frequent Flier miles / points of the airlines will be entertained by Intermiles or our partner EaseMyTrip. Members will be required to contact the respective airline directly for any related queries.
Modification of booking viz date change, flight number change, name change, etc. is not permissible on our platform. No request for modification will be accepted by Intermiles or our partner Easemytrip.
If a booking is modified (date change, flight number change, sector change, name change, etc) directly by the member contacting the airline(s), Intermiles accrued for such bookings might vary in comparison to the value shown at the time of booking. Intermiles and our partner Easemytrip do not bear any responsibility for any change in the bookings done by the member directly through the airline.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellation of your booking is permitted. Members can visit Intermiles.com or contact the Intermiles Service Centre for cancellations.
Cancellation fee will be applicable as per the airline’s fare rules. In addition, an Intermiles service fee will be levied on a per passenger basis.
If a ticket is cancelled directly through the airline(s), the member will need to inform Intermiles to enable Intermiles to refund the applicable amount, if any.
Convenience Fee levied by Intermiles at the time of booking is non-refundable.
Amount paid for meal/seat/baggage/ is non-refundable.
The travel insurance can be cancelled and will be refundable only if cancellation is done atleast 24 hours prior to departure of the onward flight.
Refund of taxes and other airline charges will be as per the airline’s fare rules.
In case of full cancellation, no Intermiles will be credited to the members account. For partial cancellation, Intermiles will be credited on a pro-rata basis against the passenger and sector travelled.
Refund amount, if any, will be credited only to the original mode of payment within 5-7 working days, post successful cancellation. No request for change in mode of refund payment will be accepted by Intermiles.
If the airline cancels the booking, the period for credit of refund to the member’s original mode of payment might vary depending on the airline policies. Intermiles and our partner Easemytrip will not be liable for any delay.
In case of a no show for the flight, members are required to visit Intermiles.com or contact Intermiles Service Centre for assistance. Intermiles will process the refund, if any, as per the airline’s applicable fare rules.
The credit for GST charged by the airline and included in the airfare, would be available against a separate GST invoice/e-ticket issued by the airline. Please reach out to the airline directly for any queries regarding this
It is advisable to reconfirm your travel directly with the airline along with terminal info, check-in time, reporting time etc. a few hours before the departure of your flight. Intermiles and our partner Easemytrip will not be responsible for any change in flight schedules, terminal changes, timings or cancellations.
Check-in time usually begins 2 hours prior to scheduled departure of the flight and closes before 45 minutes. Please reconfirm this with the airline prior to your travel dates.
All passengers, including children and infants, have to present their valid ID proof at the time of check-in.
All reservations done through our website are as per the terms and conditions of the concerned airlines. Any modification, cancellation and refund of the airline tickets shall be strictly as per the policy of the concerned airlines and Intermiles and our partner Easemytrip will deny all liability in connection thereof.
