All Axis Bank customers are eligible for eDGE Loyalty Rewards.
Conversion Process
- eDGE Loyalty Rewards Points can be converted into InterMiles by calling Axis Bank Call Centre. The customer would need to quote his InterMiles membership number along with his Customer ID at the time of conversion
- Specify the number of eDGE Loyalty Rewards Points that need to be converted into InterMiles

Terms and Conditions
- All Axis Bank customers eligible for eDGE Loyalty Rewards can convert their eDGE Loyalty Rewards Points to InterMiles
- Your eDGE Loyalty Rewards account should be in active status and you should hold sufficient point balance for conversion
- You should have a minimum balance of 300 eDGE Loyalty Rewards Points for redemption against InterMiles
- You can redeem additional points in multiples of 5 points
- For every 5 eDGE Loyalty Rewards Points redeemed, your InterMiles account shall be credited with 1 InterMile
- You will receive a confirmation message on successful placement of your request and once the InterMiles have been credited to your account
- Your InterMiles membership account will be credited within 4 days of your request. In case the request is rejected you will be intimated within 15 days of the date of placement of your request
- eDGE Loyalty Rewards Points transfer to InterMiles cannot be cancelled or stopped once initiated for conversion
- InterMiles once credited to your InterMiles membership account cannot be converted back to eDGE Loyalty Rewards Points
- Transfer of your eDGE Loyalty Rewards points to InterMiles would take minimum 4 working days
- InterMiles converted will be governed by InterMiles programme terms and conditions. Axis Bank and InterMiles terms and conditions apply
