Conversion Process
Convert your Reward Points into InterMiles by following three simple steps:
- Collect a minimum of 300 Reward Points
- Call ICICI Bank Customer Care to convert your Reward Points to InterMiles
- Quote your InterMiles membership number to the Phone Banking Officer
- Quote the number of Reward Points you wish to convert to InterMiles
Equivalent InterMiles will reflect in the InterMiles membership account within 15 working days from placing the request.

Terms and Conditions
- Cards mean valid ICICI Bank credit cards with non-delinquent accounts and include multiple and supplementary/add-on cards
- Card members means ICICI Bank credit card holders
- Delinquent card means a card which is overdue, or over limit or in collection. Programme means the ICICI Bank Credit Cards rewards programme
- Points are reward points awarded under the programme
- The programme is a catalogue rewards programme that enables a card member to earn points on charges incurred on his/ her card by purchase of goods and services on the card and any other charges as may be included by ICICI Bank from time to time for the purpose of the programme. The points are redeemable against purchase of goods and services listed in the ICICI Bank rewards catalogue, which is provided to the card member by ICICI Bank
- The programme will remain open from the effective date till such time as may be determined by ICICI Bank Credit Cards at their sole discretion. ICICI Bank reserves the sole right to exclude the products and services featured in the catalogue for redemption of the points, in subsequent editions of the catalogue if any
- InterMiles earned by InterMiles members through conversion of card reward points to InterMiles will not qualify for InterMiles tier review
