As a Parent/Legal Guardian can I enrol a new child once one of the 5 children already enrolled and linked children turns 12?

Yes. Once the child has turned 12, his or her account will be delinked from your account. Post this, you can enrol another child. Basically, you can have maximum 5 children enrolled and linked at any given point of time.
