- Click here to cancel your booking or you can also cancel your booking from the My Purchases section
- Retrieve your booking and select the type of cancellation request.
- Check the details including the applicable refund and confirm the cancellation.
- Once the cancellation is submitted the applicable refund will be processed to the source of payment within 5 to 7 workings days*
* Do Note that in some exceptional situations (E.g. COVID-19) you may see a delay in the refund processing timelines as we are dependent on the airline to process the same. Rest assured no sooner do we receive the refund from the airline we will refund the amount back to your account. The convenience fee collected at the time of booking is non-refundable.
