I have cancelled the flight directly with the airline. When will I get my refund?

In case you have cancelled your booking directly with the airline, you have to inform InterMiles of the same to process the refund. Please initiate a cancellation request on our platform through the Manage Booking section or please write to memberservices@intermiles.com. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and we shall communicate the details pertaining to the refund to you.
