I have directly cancelled my hotel booking with the hotelier. When will I get the refund ?

For all the bookings, the cancellation has to be initated on our platform only to receive refund.
To initiate cancellation of your booking, log-in to your account and select My Bookings and go to Cancel Booking option. Post successful cancellation, you shall receive the refund in the account you made the original payment from within 5-7 working days.
