If you booked your travel and now do not wish to travel you have the following options.
- Booking made adding on Flexi-fares – You can avail a free date change on your booking. Submit the request online here. https://flights.intermiles.com/managebooking. Please make sure you are contacting us at least 14 days before your preferred travel date to allow us time to confirm and make the changes.
- Booking made adding on Free cancellation - Please submit the cancellation request online here - https://flights.intermiles.com/managebooking and choose the right reason for Free cancellation. Once submitted it will be sent across for further validation post which the final refund will be processed back to your account.
* Do Note that you may see a delay in our regular refund processing timelines of 5 to 7 days as we are dependent on the airline to process the refund first at their end. Rest assured no sooner do we receive the refund from the airline we will refund the amount back to your account. The convenience fee collected at the time of booking is non-refundable.
