You are eligible for a full refund, ONLY if the airline has cancelled the flight and intimated us about the applicability of full refund on the claim. If, however, the claim is not eligible for a full refund, all applicable charges will be levied before processing the claim. You can visit the respective airline’s website for updated policies. For all cancellations, InterMiles will be waiving off the cancellation service fee for bookings affected by COVID-19 with a travel date of up to 30th April, 2020.
