My booking was confirmed on the website but I haven't received the voucher/Emailer.

In case you wish to access your booking voucher, please login to your InterMiles account and follow the below steps to access your booking voucher: Click on My Bookings --> Select booking --> Manage Booking --> Email/SMS Voucher
