Jamnagar has an airport going by the same name. Although the flight connectivity to Jamnagar is quite limited, the nearest airport Rajkot has better connectivity with other major cities in India. Air India was the first Indian airline that went by the name Tata Airways when it was launched. Jehangir Ratanji Dadabhoy Tata launched it in 1932 in Karachi.
