How to reach Kandla (Transportation)

By Air

Kandla Airport is called Gandhidham Airport, which was constructed in the 1950s. The flight connectivity to Kandla is quite limited. Only domestic routes from Kandla airport can be accessed, and the destinations are limited. International routes from Kandla can be accessed through connecting flights from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport in Ahmedabad. Another nearest airport to Kandla is Bhuj Airport. By Rail

The nearest railway station is in Siliguri, which is 5 km away from Bagdogra. There are no direct trains or buses to Bagdogra, and you will have to change a taxi or bus from Siliguri to reach the hill station.
