JPPL shall use reasonable efforts on its part to recover such Bonus InterMiles. The decision of JPPL shall be final and binding and no further disputes shall be entertained in this regard.

The Offer and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. The participants agree that the courts in Mumbai shall have jurisdiction over all matters arising from or relating to this Campaign
