• If any Participant who is eligible has not received his/her respective credit of Bonus InterMIiles, he/she may contact JPPL within a period of 6 months from the date of the transaction to resolve the matter. JPPL shall use reasonable efforts on its part to recover such Bonus InterMiles. The decision of JPPL shall be final and binding and no further disputes shall be entertained in this regard.
