About Royal Jordanian
Royal Jordanian Airlines is the main state airline of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The head office is located in Jordan's capital city of Amman, with Queen Alia International Airport serving as its base of operations. In fact, the airline used to be known as Alia Royal Jordanian Airlines before the name change in 1986. Royal Jordanian Airlines currently operates across four continents and is one of the 30 members of AACO (Arab Air Carriers Organization). It is also a member of the Oneworld airline alliance. With more than 500 flights per week and over 100 daily departures, Royal Jordanian Airlines is among the busiest airlines in the middle east.
Royal Jordanian Airlines was established in 1963. Though it was founded by private shareholders, the government later took control. The fleet initially consisted of only three planes: two Handley Page Dart Heralds and a Douglas DC-7, with flights from Amman to only Cairo, Kuwait City, and Beirut. Later another Douglas DC-7 was added to the fleet, with Jeddah becoming the fourth location serviced by Royal Jordanian Airlines. Since then, the fleet has expanded, and as of June 2020, there are a total of 24 passenger flights and one cargo flight in the Royal Jordanian Airlines fleet.

It was introduced in 1995 and has been among the most popular commercial aircraft in the world. It has a shortened fuselage compared to the A320. It is one of the safest aircraft ever built, with no fatal accidents ever having been recorded.
The Airbus A320 was first launched in 1984, and has been a popular fixture in the narrow-body airplane class ever since. The Airbus A320 line of airplanes was the first to use digital fly-by-wire technology and side-stick flight controls. In 2019, the Airbus A320 series overtook its long-standing rival the Boeing 737 en route to becoming the highest-selling airplane. Its cutting-edge technology and safety have ensured an enduring legacy.
The Airbus A321 is a narrow-body twin-engine commercial airplane with a short-medium range. It carries between 185 and 236 passengers and is an upgraded version of the Airbus A320 series. The Airbus A321 series released in 1993.

When it comes to Crown Class, the allowance increases to two bags, with each being up to 32 kgs depending on origin and destination of flights. In some cases, the additional bag has a 23 kg limit. It is essential for passengers to follow the rules of baggage allowance policy as shared by the airlines. Failing to do so would cause complications at the airport. Royal Jordanian Airlines might ask the passenger to either pay an extra tariff sum or ship the baggage in cargo. Sometimes, over inability for the airline to accommodate extra baggage space, they might even ask the passenger to unpack and repack with items that can be eliminated. To avoid any such situations, it is best to follow the protocols and avoid carrying extra weighing bags in the first place.
