Not just people from around the world but people from within the United States, flock over to get some of the sun and wind. Irrespective of the humidity and heat that is prevalent in the air, tourists don't mind as long as they get to have fun in the water. However, to avoid the crowd and the excess heat too, March to May is your best bet. The temperatures are very calm and enough to enjoy the waters and beach.
