There are counters at the airport where you can book your vehicles. You will have to make the payments at the counter itself as there are fixed rates to reach the airport.
Bus
With buses too, there are public as well as private services available within the city to reach the Kuala Lumpur International Airport. The buses are air-conditioned, so you will need to get a ticket to KL Sentral transportation hub which would cost you around RM11. The frequency of buses is quite high at the airport so you wouldn't have to worry about its availability.
