1. The Offer will be valid from 1st Dec 2020 to 31st Jan 2021 inclusive of both dates.
2. Booking period: 1 st Dec 2020 to 31 st Jan 2021
3. Departure Period: 1 st Dec 2020 to 31st Mar 2021

Offer Detail:

1. 2000 Bonus InterMiles is valid only on first ever Flight booking made through https://intermiles.com/ or https://jetprivilege.com
2. No restriction on Minimum booking amount.
3. Bonus InterMiles will be credited only on non-cancel bookings
4. At any point of time member will be eligible for only one campaign bonus
5. Any bookings made outside the above period will not be eligible for the Bonus InterMiles offer.
6. Member will not be eligible for Bonus InterMiles on multiple bookings during the offer period.
7. At any point of time member will be eligible for only one campaign bonus during the campaign period and cannot claim multiple bonus for the same.
8. Member must provide InterMiles membership number at the time of booking. Any retro claims will not be eligible for the Bonus InterMiles offer.

Credit of Bonus InterMiles:

1. For non-cancel booking, Bonus InterMiles will be credited after 1 days of the departure
2. All Bonus InterMiles accumulated under this Offer shall be governed by the rules and regulations of the InterMiles Program available at www.InterMiles.com

Eligible Participants:

1. It is the sole responsibility of the Participants to ensure that they provide their correct InterMiles Membership Number. Any disputes surrounding incorrect entry of Intermiles Membership Number shall not be entertained.
2. All InterMiles Members who possess a valid and existing Intermiles Membership Number can participate in this offer (“Participants”).
3. The offer is also valid for customers who enrols as an InterMiles Member on www.InterMiles.com
4. By participating in this Offer conducted by Jet Privilege Private Limited (“JPPL”), participants agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions mentioned in this document.
5. This offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers.

General

1. These Terms & Conditions are final and binding on all Participants. If any matters or disputes or differences arise in relation to these Terms & Conditions, they shall be determined solely by JPPL.
2. This Offer is further subject to the terms and conditions specified on InterMiles.com.
3. If any Participant who is eligible has not received his/her respective credit of Bonus InterMiles, he/she may contact JPPL within a period of 6 months from the date of the transaction to resolve the matter. JPPL shall use reasonable efforts on its part to recover such Bonus InterMiles. The decision of JPPL shall be final and binding and no further disputes shall be entertained in this regard.
4. JPPL shall not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury whatsoever that may be suffered by the Participants, whether directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/services booked from InterMiles.com under this Offer.
5. The Offer and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. The participants agree that the courts in Mumbai shall have jurisdiction over all matters arising from or relating to this Campaign.
