About My Family+
MyFamily+ is a novel programme that enables you to pool-in InterMiles earned by you and your nominated family members that can then be redeemed for rewards of your choice.
Every MyFamily+ group consists of 1 'Head of Family' (HOF) and up to 7 'Members of Family' (MOF). To be part of MyFamily+, all the members (HOF & MOF) need to be part of the InterMiles Programme.
Any member can start their own MyFamily+ group by inviting their immediate family members to be part of their MyFamily+. Once all the invited family members accept their invitation and successfully clear the verification process conducted by the InterMiles service centre, MyFamily+ gets activated.
Post activation of your MyFamily+ association, the HOF will have access to the InterMiles balance of all the Members of the Family who are now a part of the MyFamily+ association.

Key Points
- The Head of the Family (HOF) and Members of the Family (MOFs) must be InterMiles members first before becoming part of a MyFamily+ association.
- As an HOF, you can nominate up to 7 members of your immediate family (first degree of separation) to join your MyFamily+ association.
- The MyFamily+ association will be activated only after all invited family members (MOFs) accept the invitation and complete the verification process. Additionally, a one-time charge of 1,000 InterMiles is debited from the HOF's account prior to activation.
- The HOF can still add family members to the MyFamily+ association post activation, however the HOF will be charged 250 InterMiles for every family member added (the process to add members, pre and post activation, remains the same).
- By accepting the invitation and clearing the verification process the MOF is authorising the HOF to have access to their account's InterMiles balance and to pool-in their InterMiles at any given time.
- Only the HOF has the authority to pool-in InterMiles from the MOF's account. InterMiles once pooled cannot be transferred back or disputed by the MOF.
- The pooled in InterMiles can only be redeemed by the HOF.
