If you have sufficient Miles balance, then you will be shown an option to redeem otherwise you can choose to pay via other payment options, letting you to earn Miles on that transaction. For instance, if your bill value is INR 100 & Miles required for redemption is INR 20 & you have less than 20 Miles, then you can only Earn Miles on the said transaction. Please Note: Your mobile number should be verified with InterMiles for you to redeem Miles.

Miles are calculated basis reward items after payment is successfully done. If the rewards have been cancelled/returned, then miles whether earned or redeemed will reflect in your account statement. Please access using login credentials by visiting InterMiles App/Website.
