The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued guidelines for air passengers (May 21, 2020) for travel commencing from May 25, 2020. Here are some of the salient points.
Passengers must present a self declaration form or the Arogya Setu App to certify their health status.
Passengers must wear face masks before they enter the airport and throughout their journey thereafter.
Passengers must check in online and download their boarding pass as well baggage tags.
Passengers must arrive at the airport at least two hours prior to departure. Late arrivals will not be entertained.
Each passenger is allowed one check-in bag and one small carry-on item. No excess baggage will be permitted.
Meals will not be served on board the flight. Passengers may only carry dry packaged food.
Passengers must travel only in authorized taxis / personal vehicles on their way to / from the airport.
The elderly, pregnant women, and passengers with pre-existing health conditions are advised not to travel.
States and Union Territories have developed their own regulations with regards to institutional quarantine and at home isolation. Some states / UTs require additional documentation. Other information varies by state / UT.

-Exemption will be given to asymptomatic passengers of the above categories. Every person of the group shall undergo 14 days home quarantine after compliance with health protocols.
-The visitor will provide a copy of return ticket.
-The visitor shall provide swab sample for RAT upon arrival.
-Symptomatic Passenger shall undergo RT-PCR test also.
