These T&Cs apply to the relationship between you (hereinafter referred to as “Member” and by definition being a participant or intending to become a part of the InterMiles Loyalty programme) and Jet Privilege Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Company”).
Eligibility:
- A Member needs to be a resident of India.
- A Member needs to be a part of the InterMiles programme
- Member needs to have the InterMiles mobile app installed.
- Member needs to be signed into their InterMiles membership account on the mobile application.
Offer:
Offer Validity:
- A Member can purchase the upgrade to Red Tier only once in their membership tenure. This offer is available for a one-time use only. Members cannot request for this option after the 12 month period again unless InterMiles decides to offer the same under relevant terms & conditions. InterMiles reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any point.
- Upgrade to Red Tier is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Post which Members will be subject to the standard Tier Review
Fair Usage Policy:
- Members will be awarded InterMiles based on good faith and on fair-usage policy basis. Should InterMiles, the company, at any time determine that a particular Member is in violation of the fair usage policy, InterMiles, at its sole discretion, can decide to suspend/block that Member from the programme as well as recover all miles earned from this activity from the members’ account.
- Similarly any Member found to be involved in activities aimed at defrauding the system is liable to immediate suspension from the programme and the Company reserves the right to recover previously credited InterMiles.
Payment Terms and Conditions:
- By agreeing to make the payment through the payment gateway whose services are obtained by InterMiles, the Company, the Member acknowledges that their payment related information (inclusive but not limited to account number, and credit/debit card details,) is collected and used by the payment gateway for facilitating the Service to be provided by InterMiles, the Company.
- Any refund, if applicable will be refunded to the Member’s original mode of payment within 7 working days after cancellation success. No change of payment mode request will be accepted by InterMiles, the Company.
Other terms & conditions:
- Company reserves the right to deduct these awarded InterMiles from the member’s account in case of detection of fraud or uninstallation of the app during the campaign period.
- Members from outside India cannot take part in the Offer.
- This offer is subject to the applicable rules and regulations as may be in force in respective jurisdictions/states.
- Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered or for any personal injury that may be suffered to the member directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/services under this Offer.
GENERAL
- These terms and conditions are final and binding on all Members who wish to participate in this contest. If any matters or disputes or differences arise in relation to these terms & conditions, they shall be determined solely by the Company.
- All InterMiles accumulated under this campaign shall be governed by the rules and regulations of the InterMiles Programme available at intermiles.com
- The campaign and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. The participants agree that the courts in Mumbai shall have jurisdiction over all matters arising from or relating to this offer.
- Company regularly reviews and updates the information on its webpages, including any change pertaining to the programme, partners, offers or services provided by Company or its partners. Company is not liable to communicate all the changes to its Members via e-communication or any other means of communication. Members are required to access the website and keep themselves abreast of all such changes.
