These Terms and Conditions are effective from 12 January 2026.
InterMiles Tier Structure
- On signing up for the InterMiles programme, an individual will be enrolled as an InterMiles Member and will not be allocated into any specific Tier.
- Achievement of any InterMiles Tier depends on accrual of InterMiles against Eligible Activities within each applicable Tier Review Period as per the rules of the Dynamic Tier Review (DTR)
- Dynamic Tier Review refers to the review of a Member’s Tier status on a daily basis for an upgrade where the Member’s accrual of InterMiles in the preceding 365 days is calculated and if the Member has accrued the required InterMiles for the next higher Tier, the Member is upgraded to such higher Tier on that day itself with a new Tier Validity Period of 13 months from the date of the upgrade.
Similarly, for retaining an existing Tier level, at the end of the Tier Validity Period (i.e. 13 months from the date of attainment of the existing Tier), the system will initiate a review of the Tier status. Our Dynamic Tier Review (DTR) system will review the InterMiles accrued for Qualifying Activities in the Member’s Account during the 12-month period from the attainment of the existing Tier or for an additional 6 months period preceding the date of Tier attainment i.e for a total of 18 months. So long as the InterMiles accrued meet the Tier requirement under either of the 2 periods of evaluation (12 months / 18 months), the Member’s Tier will be retained for an additional 13 months.
- Tier Upgrade Criteria: The member needs to achieve the InterMiles threshold as mentioned below to either retain or upgrade to a higher Tier:

- Upgrade Scenarios:
- Multi-tier upgrade in a single review transaction -
- If a Member, in a single transaction earns InterMiles that qualify a multi-Tier jump, then the benefits (Pre-selected Benefits and Variable Benefits) will be accorded as per the highest Tier only

- Multi-tier upgrade in different review transactions within the Tier Validity Period -
- A Member earns InterMiles that qualify for a multi-tier upgrade at different points in time within the validity of their existing Tier; in such instances, Member will be accorded the Benefits for each upgraded tier with the benefits being valid for the same period as the validity period of that Tier.

In case the Member has been upgraded due to wrong credit of InterMiles, the InterMiles will get reversed.

- Tier Review Period: Is a period of 12 months from the attainment of the Tier or an additional 6 months period preceding the date of Tier attainment i.e a total of 18 months
- Tier Validity Period: 13 months from the date of attainment of the Tier
- If the Member is unable to fulfill the retention criteria for the current Tier, then the Member will be moved down to the Tier level corresponding to the value of InterMiles accrued on Qualifying Activities during the Tier Review Period. Tier Benefits associated to the new Tier level will apply.
12 Month Tier Review Period and 13 Month Tier Validity Period
Miles credit under InterMiles can happen instantly on the date of the Accrual Activity or a later date post the completion of the actual Accrual Activity. ‘Activity Date’ is the date when the Member performs the Accrual Activity and ‘Transaction Posting Date’ is the date on which the InterMiles for such Accrual Activity are credited into the Member’s Account.
Tier is reviewed for InterMiles accrued for Accrual Activities undertaken for Activity Dates only within the Tier Review Period and credited prior to the end of the Tier Validity Period.
The Tier Validity Period is a month longer than the Tier Review Period to allow for credit of InterMiles for Qualifying Activities undertaken on Programme Partners by the Members during the Tier Review Period as some of the Programme Partners have a longer mileage credit cycle.
It must be noted that InterMiles earned by Members for Qualifying Activities where the actual Activity Date falls during this additional one month will not be counted towards the Tier review.
Membership Card issuance
- All Members can download a digital image of their Membership Card through the logged in section of their Account
Tier Benefits and Its utilisation :
- On attainment of each Tier, the Programme will make available (‘Credit’) to the Member certain additional bonuses, discounts and complimentary services as Tier Benefits. Each Tier level will be accorded a different number of Credit of the Benefits. Each Credit is the number of times a Benefit can be used by the Member within its validity.
- Tier Benefits and the number of instances Credited to a Member’s Account are as detailed below.
Elite Tier Bonus InterMiles
- This is a pre-selected benefit under the InterMiles Tier Benefits Programme and will be added to the member’s account upon attainment of the Tier
- Elite Tier Bonus InterMiles are additional InterMiles credited as a percentage of the Base InterMiles accrued by a Member.
- Once selected, this benefit cannot be swapped or cancelled during the validity of the Tier.
- Elite Tier Bonus InterMiles are applicable only on Shop transactions made through www.intermiles.com.
- Elite Tier Bonus InterMiles earnings are as follows::
- Platinum Tier– 75% of the Base InterMiles earned
- Gold Tier – 50% of the Base InterMiles earned
- Silver Tier – 25% of the Base InterMiles earned
- Elite Tier Bonus InterMiles will be credited along with the Base InterMiles upon completion of the relevant Accrual Activity.
- Bonus InterMiles will be calculated based on the Member’s Tier status on the date the Accrual Activity is undertaken, and not on the transaction date or the posting date.
- Example : A Silver Tier Member completes a Shop transaction on www.intermiles.com on 1 December 2025. Base InterMiles are credited after up to 75 days
(depending on the partner’s credit cycle). If the Member is upgraded to Gold Tier on 12 December 2025, the Elite Tier Bonus credited will be as per Gold Tier benefits.
BigBasket Gift Card
- This is a “opt-in” benefit under the InterMiles Tier Benefits Programme and must be voluntarily selected under the “My Benefits” section before use.
- Once selected, the benefit cannot be swapped or cancelled during the Tier validity.
- Elite Tier Members will receive BigBasket gift cards in the form of coupon codes.
- Coupon values will be ₹1,500 or ₹750 depending on the Member’s Tier.
- Three coupon codes of ₹500 / ₹250 denominations will be issued per Member. Member needs to add the coupon codes received from InterMiles to his/her BigBasket wallet.
- Partner terms and conditions apply for redemption of vouchers
- This benefit becomes available immediately upon Tier attainment and must be selected before Tier expiry. Utilisation is subject to the expiry date shown against each coupon in the “My Benefits“ section.
- Coupons not utilised before expiry will not be reinstated or reissued.
- Gift cards can be redeemed only on the BigBasket website or mobile app.
- The entire gift card amount will be credited to the BigBasket wallet and can be used across multiple orders.
- Valid only in the cities listed by BigBasket.
- Purchases made in cities not listed will not be reimbursed or refunded.
- Disputes, if any, must be raised with BigBasket, whose decision shall be final.
- In case of Tier upgrade, members may select additional benefits for the new tier while existing benefits continue.
- If a child account is mapped to the parent account with the same Tier, coupons will also be issued for the child account upon selection by the parent.
InterMiles Shop – Bonus Miles
- This is a “opt-in” benefit and must be voluntarily selected under “My Benefits” before use.
- Once selected, it cannot be swapped or cancelled during Tier validity.
- Elite Tier Members earn bonus miles on transactions completed on shop.intermiles.com or the InterMiles App
- Bonus miles entitlement:
- Platinum : 5,000 miles
- Gold : 5,000 miles
- Silver & Red : 1,000 miles
- Bonus miles are credited in denominations of 500 miles per transaction.
- Bonus miles will be credited along with Base Miles as per partner credit cycles.
- Cancelled or partially cancelled transactions are not eligible.
- Only transactions completed before Tier expiry are eligible.
- Bonus miles apply only to online Shop transactions and not offline partners.
- The Member must be logged in before redirection to the partner site.
- Shop platform terms and conditions apply.
- Benefit validity cannot be extended beyond Tier expiry.
- Child accounts mapped to the parent account with the same Tier will also receive this benefit automatically.
Cure.fit
- This is a “opt-in” benefit and must be voluntarily selected under “My Benefits” before use
- Once selected, it cannot be swapped or cancelled.
- Expired vouchers will not be reinstated or reissued.
- Selection must be completed before Tier expiry.
- Upon selection, a voucher code with a defined validity period will be generated.
- Redeemable only at www.cure.fit/me/vouchers
- Valid only for Cure.fit Live / live.fit memberships.
- Each voucher is redeemable once per user and valid in India only.
- Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers or redeemed for cash.
- Cure.fit reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time.
Miles credit benefit
- This is a “opt-in” benefit and must be voluntarily selected under “My Benefits”
- Once selected, it cannot be swapped or cancelled.
- Miles credited as per Tier:
- Platinum: 10,000 miles
- Gold: 2,000 miles
- Silver: 1,000 miles
- Red: 500 miles
- Miles are credited immediately upon selection and are redeemable on Digi Stores.
- Miles are credited only to the Member’s account and are non-transferable.
- Benefit validity ends on Tier expiry.
- For parent-child accounts with the same Tier, miles will be auto-credited accordingly.
Discount on Digi Stores Purchase
- This is a variable benefit under the Tier programme.
- Discount codes are issued upon selection and valid only till Tier expiry.
- Only one discount code can be applied per transaction.
- Platinum Members receive ₹200 discount per voucher.
- A total of 5 discount vouchers are issued per Member.
- Discount codes can be used for self or guests but cannot be transferred to another Member account.
- Applicable only on digistores.intermiles.com or the InterMiles App.
- InterMiles accrual will be calculated on the final paid amount.
Bonus Miles on Digistore Earn Transaction
- This is a “opt-in” benefit and must be voluntarily selected under “My Benefits” before use
- Log in to your InterMiles account.
- Go to ‘My Benefits’ under the ‘My Account’ section and select ‘Bonus Miles on Digi Store with InterMiles’ from the list of available benefits.
- Upon confirmation, the benefit will be added to the My Benefits section.
- To utilise this benefit, click on the How to Utilise link
- Benefit validity ends on Tier expiry.
- On completion of a successful transaction, bonus miles will be credited to the Member’s account.
